Waterville Cab Company Policies
- Waterville Cab Company shall not be held responsible for circumstance beyond our control, to include but not limited to mechanical failures, road conditions or delays.
- Please have credit card available for all reservations
- Not responsible for items damaged or left in vehicles. We will do everything possible to report items found.
- There will be a $250 charge for excessive, disgusting cleanup (you get the picture).
- Waiting time charges on airport transfers begin 45 minutes after landing for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes after landing for international arrivals. Wait time at all other locations start 15 minutes after scheduled pickup time.
- Reservations made with a credit card are not charged at the time they are booked. There will be no charge made to the card until the day of service. If the customer chooses to pay in cash, the credit card information will be destroyed.
- There will be a $20 charge for any reservation made with a credit card that is canceled less than 24 hours of scheduled pick-up time. Airport cancellation policies are different and are listed below.
Cancellation policy*
- Waterville Cab Company reserves the right to cancel any trip with appropriate notice. There will be no charge. Any deposits will be refunded.
- Non-refundable credit cards deposits used to hold reservations will not be charged until the scheduled day of service.
- Airport reservations canceled less than 24 to 12 hours will be charged 20% of reservation total.
- Airport reservations canceled less that 12 to 4 hours will be charged 50% of reservation total.
- Airport reservations canceled less than 4 hours will be charged 100% of reservation total.
*Cancellations of flights, because of inclement weather are beyond anyone’s control. There will be no charge to the customer as a result of canceled flights or airport closures, due to inclement weather. Rides to the airport, if completed, will be charged 100% regardless of flight/airport status.
